Take the time as a coach and work with your kids and teach them how fun and sports work together. While teamwork can inspires the winners, fun inspires participation.
Now we know that the average 9 year old might not pull off some of these tricks, but then again you have to set some goals in life. Who knows this may just inspire some of the parents out there. Have some fun and motivate your team with a goal.
